While discovering my self, I unveiled the conditions of my mind, my limitations, my gifts and  all my talents the universe gave me. In doing so, learning to nurture myself was a necessary and unavoidable step.

Nurturing is part of who I am, giving what I believe is best, a constant, in the form of some delicious and healthy snack, group face mask or maybe a crisp glass of Rose Champagne or homemade Kombucha! Sometimes, it comes in -not so fun- forms, like a 10 minute talk about probiotics and how to get them… in this days with such short attention span is hard to keep people engaged, but I’ll keep offering it!, because that is my mission: to share knowledge in all shapes and forms!

Nurturing my self has been an intense path. Food has became an obsession in understanding the importance of whole foods, clean and simple ingredients, free from contaminants. Shaping the ideal path to become healthy… Working in the food business gave me more knowledge about how different cultures developed their own regional cuisines and with that different ways of healing thru food. Coming from an Argie-Italian family, simple mediterranean food has been my comfort food. I understood  at a very young age the importance of the excellence of the ingredients. Later while moving to Maui and being exposed to paradise and the paradise of wellness! I discovered the Eastern traditions! Ayurveda and TCM, which changed my cooking and health, forever. 

YOGA came along and I took it’s principles as my daily goals, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE- Everything can be a yoga practice… carrying a smile on my face is one I aim everyday! Surrendering to Silence is what brings everything else back to my center. 

Inspired by nature, in love with nature and in communion with it. In deep respect for Mother Earth, bowing down to her and her perfect beauty. 

Everything nature created has a purpose, while discovering mine, I discovered some of her gifts! So many gifts, too many for our humanity to comprehend. 

This is my inspiration, natures gifts! Im putting together some of them to create more beauty! My mission is to offer you true SELF CARE, allow me to have the honor of your trust. 

My purpose is to inspire others to understand the deep connection with nature, through my creations (simple ingredients mixed with love and respect for our bodies and nature) I will shed some light onto the Cosmetic industry. A real horror for anyone that dares to read the list of ingredients of any conventional cosmetic product. Not only indecipherable but not even approved by FDA! When cosmetics business started being “regulated”  it was believed that the skin was a protective barrier that didn't allow anything to absorb into the body. Because of this, cosmetics and beauty products have been exempt from FDA regulation. We now know differently. The skin is the largest and most unprotected organ of our body. The industry continues profiting, while creating a perverse business that only exits because they made women believe that we are not pretty enough, or thin enough, WE ARE BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE, PERFECT IN EVERY WAY AND THERE IS NO ONE ELSE LIKE YOU! Conventional Cosmetic are full of very toxic chemicals that can be traced in a blood test, containing toxic levels of heavy metals including aluminum, barium, cadmium, lead and mercury as well as high levels of pesticides and other chemicals. No wonder the increase of hormone imbalances, weight gain, uncomfortable PMS, difficulty with menopause and increases with both infertility and reproductive diseases up to and including breast disease, low sperm count, low libido, and so on. Why can Manufacturers use these ingredients? Chemicals ingredients are inexpensive, they use them for their financial gain.

“You are what you eat” needs to be extended to all the environmental contaminants. Avoid rubbing your skin with something you wouldn’t eat. 

Every single of the ingredients I use in my formulas are natural, raw, unaltered and very close to the way mother nature created them.

Unfortunately, chemicals are all over, specially in the skin care industry. The concept of nurturing my self (eating the best posible foods available, cooked with integrity) expanded… Soon I understood that everything I was putting onto my body was a way of nurturing it (or not).
